Moy McCrory

Moy McCrory is the author of three collections of short stories, and a novel. Two of these were serialized by the BBC and she is widely anthologized. She is co-editor of I Wouldn’t Start From Here: The Second-Generation Irish in Britain (W.G. Press, 2019; a collection of articles and writing on Irish identities) and Strategies of Silence: Reflections on the Practice and Pedagogy of Creative Writing (Routledge, 2021). Her most recent work was for a graphic novel Wotjek: The Bear Who Went to War (Marcosia Press, 2022). Dr McCrory is a senior lecturer in creative writing at the University of Derby.
